Most of her working career was spent as the bookkeeper at Billings Garage in Clyde. Rose loved to play bingo at St. Mary's Hall, where she served as the bingo cashier for 33 years. Calvin J. Robinson, 76, of rural Republic, died Tuesday, December 13, 2022 at his home. He was born December 25, 1945 in Willard to Alvin & Laura Robinson.

On September 5, 1953 he was united in marriage to Norma R. Gage. They made their home in Albion until 1958 when they moved to Etna Troy Township. Memorials may be made to the St. Patrick’s Catholic Grade School in care of the funeral home.
