Todd Dillender oversees daily operations of Caliber Collision centers in our West region, covering a total of 11 states. Todd is responsible for driving market growth through team development and aligning with our strategic partners to serve our communities better. Starting as a detailer/shop helper in 1992, Todd has successfully worked in nearly every center-level position over the years and is now a member of Caliber’s leadership team. Todd was promoted to Executive Vice President – Operations West in 2019. On June 10,2022 I pd my escrow shortage due to my mortgage loan payment increased by 400 a month plus pd my June mortgage. I've spoken with at least 5 different reps to get this cleared up.
How would I know and why would you just take it and not contact me to find out? He told me they could request a reverse and apply it and then he told me that I actually couldn't and that my account would be changing companies next month anyways so I don't have options. I asked for the address to send a payment since I can't do it online anymore for whatever reason and he told me I could find it online or on a statement.
