Mitch has over two decades of experience in the collision repair industry. He started in a repair shop in Austin, Texas, that Caliber Collision acquired in 1999. Mitch is a graduate of Wyoming Technical Institute, receiving his bachelor’s degree in body/structure, refinishing, custom paint and accounting.
Judd is a graduate of the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and currently serves on the Board of Overseers. Greg Nichols oversees all legal, risk management, regulatory and mergers and acquisitions. Since joining Caliber in 2011, Greg has successfully guided Caliber through the company’s impressive growth for nearly a decade. Prior to joining Caliber, he served as SVP Human Resources at Blockbuster and has held numerous positions, counseling and guiding companies through mergers and acquisitions. Greg graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami. Greg also has an MBA from the University of Tampa - John H. Sykes College of Business and a BA in Psychology from the University of Central Florida.
Claudia graduated with an Advertising degree from Southern Methodist University. Judd Nystrom manages the planning and implementation of finance activities, including business planning, budgeting, forecasting and negotiation for all Caliber lines of business. Before joining Caliber, he held several financial roles, including Chief Financial Officer of At Home, a home décor retailer. Judd also spent time in senior financial roles at Advance Auto Parts and Best Buy.
Hami started his career at Deloitte Consulting and has a long record of success with a number of companies, including Bain & Company. Hami has an Honors Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Waterloo and an MBA from INSEAD in France and Singapore. Similar to the other reviewers, I have called multiple times just to be on hold for over 45 minutes each time. Today I called because I sent it a payment after a Covid Forebarrence period only to be told that it was applied to the forbearance amount so I need to pay again. The agent told me that my monthly amount increased by $144 due to escrow and taxes but because I didn't pay the full amount it can't can't towards my payment.
